   • I’ll provide info on the property, neighborhood and terms.

   • We’ll review the listing, lease terms and costs.
   • Make sure it fits your needs and budget.
   • Decide it’s the right fit for you!

   Submit Your Application

   • I’ll help you submit a complete and competitive application.
   • Pay the application fee (if applicable).
   • Landlord/property manager reviews and screens your application.

   Application Approved!

   • You’re approved — time to secure the home.
   • Review the lease terms carefully.
   • Ask any questions before signing.

   Pay Funds & Secure the Home

   • Pay required funds: security deposit, first month’s rent, pet deposit (if applicable), etc.
   • Receive your receipts and confirmation.

   Review & Sign the Lease

   • Read the lease in full and understand your responsibilities.
   • Sign the lease agreement.
   • Keep a copy for your records.

   Move-In Preparation

   • Schedule utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.).
   • Set up renters insurance (highly recommended).
   • Plan your move-in day!

    Move-In Day

    • Do a move-in walkthrough with the landlord/property manager.
    • Document the condition with photos and notes.
    • Receive keys, garage remote, access codes, etc.
